I'm happy to meet with you in person at no cost to discuss your needs and dreams. One of the first things we'll discuss is your budget. While my fees are hourly,  construction costs depend upon many factors. Usually the most important factor is construction square footage.

 

If you are considering a large residential project (full remodel/rebuild v.s. addition), I'll give you a special questionnaire to fill out. This is designed to help you do some in-depth thinking about your needs/dreams.
