Owners of this Steele Canyon home wanted an entertainment addition that would attract friends of their teenage children. They also wanted the addition to double as a guest suite for relatives.

The light-filled addition comfortably accommodates a pool table, spacious fireplace seating, a queen size Murphy bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a private office/study area.

Sliding doors open to an expanded back patio with a neighborhood sized grill and a large hot tub overlooking a lush green lawn.
